The GT lineup will get replaced by the Honor Win series on December 26th. There are two devices on the way with that moniker. The one you see on this page is the vanilla Honor Win, and it’s expected to have nearly a flagship set of specs. There’s potentially a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 inside the Honor Win. Its integrated Adreno 840 GPU is the fastest you can find on the Android platform. The device is built around a 6.83” AMOLED, and it may have the industry’s fastest refresh rate of 165Hz. This screen is massive with an ideal 1.5K resolution. It’s also supposed to be scratch and drop-resistant, but the exact Glass type or rating is unknown for now. Honor Win is a gaming device, though it still has a beefy camera setup on the back. A 50MP Main and a 50MP telephoto camera lie on its horizontal camera bar. A third 12MP ultrawide shooter is placed right next to them. We’ll get a similar 50MP sensor on the screen for selfies. The Honor Win has also been teased with the biggest battery you’ve ever seen: 10,000mAh with 100W charging. A new report has confirmed that the fingerprint on this phone is ultrasonic, and it will take milliseconds to unlock the device. Essentials like the NFC and WiFi 7 are also part of its spec sheet. Honor Win seems to be even more impressive than some of Samsung flagship devices on paper, and it could also rile up other competing brands when launched.
