Please let me know from Nokia/Microsoft people about my Nokia 215 set: (1)Why the saved message drafts are automatically deleted from the list? (2)Why there are not separate folders or some kind of symbols for drafts, sent and received messages? (3)How to edit/alter the date of already existing events without re-typing the event subject? (4) Why the sound of a caller is always low even if the signal strength is shown high?

Assalam-0-Alaikum, I bought this cell phone and I enjoyed it alot. it was a really good set for me. I was 100% satisfied with it but unfortunately my cell phone is broken.
