Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s 512GB storage options just landed in Pakistan, and it has 12GB RAM same as the others. Of course, nothing else has changed about the device. It still boots to the Android 15 system X One UI 7, and gives us 7 years of OS updates. The S25 Ultra is a bit thinner than the S24 Ultra, as its chassis only measures 8.2mm now. But it has the very same Titanium build. They’ve put a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip on it. It’s actually an overclocked “for Galaxy” version of the chip, so it’s faster than your typical SD 8 Elite.
