Dcode Cygnal Evo 2 Teased in Pakistan; Coming Soon with 13MP Camera & 5000mAh Battery

Dcode has made a copycat version of the Galaxy S27 Ultra. And they want to release this newcomer in Pakistan soon. Dcode Cygnal Evo 2 has been teased in our market. It’s built on Galaxy Ultra’s design blueprint. It does mimic the appearance of a flagship. But this is just an entry-tier phone on the inside.

Pakistan will be the first market to welcome it. Of course, they don’t intend to fully reveal this handset just yet. They’ve kept most of the details to themselves. All we got is a preview and some specs. There’s not even a mention of this device on the official site.

The design did show up early. That’s the main gimmick, apparently. It will look like the tentative Galaxy S27 Ultra, which we’ve seen more than once in renders. And the Cygnal Evo 2 looks exactly like those early images. This was done in an effort to one-up Samsung.

Two cameras are fake, obviously. They just balance the look. We hear Dcode new Cygnal mobile only uses a single working camera. It would be a 13MP unit. There was another promo. And it had the battery size and charging details. But there’s nothing special about either of those.

All it has is a 5000mAh battery. Only 10W charging is supported, so this will take time to hit 100%. That kind of cell usually lasts one day per charge for light users. Cygnal Evo 2 might still run a full day if all you do is browse or stream videos.

That was it. Nothing else has been teased or leaked. But the Cygnal Evo 2 must have some specs common with the original Cygnal Evo. That phone had a 6.74” IPS LCD. There was only HD+ resolution (720p). They made up for it with a 90Hz refresh rate.

And this Cygnal Evo one wasn’t a fast phone. All it had was a Unisoc SC98 (8cores, 1.6GHz clock) chip. Maybe they’ve put a better SoC on the Cygnal Evo 2 this time, fingers crossed. This is not confirmed, though. An 8MP selfie is also a possibility. Keep watching the news for more updates.
