Infinix Hot 60 5G+ Set to Debut Next Week with Segment’s First One-Tap AI Button

Infinix Hot 60 lineup is slowly growing with two variants already unveiled, each in a different part of the globe. We covered the Hot 60i about a week ago when it landed in Bangladesh. And the Hot 60 Pro+ made its first official sale in Nigeria yesterday, just as we reported. Today, the company has announced the upcoming debut of “Infinix Hot 60 5G+” in one of the Asian markets. 

The newcomer, Infinix Hot 60 5G+ has been confirmed to launch in India on July 11th, and we are certain that it will arrive in other countries shortly after the fact. This phone is eventually going to land in Pakistan, but we may have to be patient for a few weeks. 

The teaser we found talks about a customizable One-Tap AI key on the side of the phone. You can see it as clear as day in the officially provided Hot 60 5G+ renders. It has an orange accent, which sticks out on both the green and blue finishes of the phone. 

This One-Tap key is mounted on the side frame of Infinix new Hot model, right beneath the power button and volume rocker. It will give you quick access to shortcuts in a variety of ways. You can long-press this key, single-press, or even double-press to assign functions to it.

Of course, this kind of feature is only as good as the number of apps it supports. Infinix says this One-Tap will work with 30+ apps out of the box, and there’s always a possibility for more apps to be added later. By default, though, the orange key opens the Folax AI assistant when you long-press.

Infinix AI comes built-in with its XOS system, which can be used to summarize articles, and the extra button on the side can trigger Google’s circle to search as well. This will help you get a brief description about the content loaded up on your screen, or simply look up a product in an image. 

The teaser showed other primary shortcuts that you can assign to the button, like the stopwatch, camera shutter, or magnifier. We’ll find the complete list of features once the company launches the phone on July 11th. So stay tuned for the full coverage on WhatMobile.com.pk.
