Official Honor 9X renders are out, Also visits AnTuTu where the benchmarks confirm Kirin 810 Processor

Scheduled for a release on July 23, the new Honor 9X and it's Pro variant continue to be targeted for the web leaks. So, just moments ago the official renders were spotted at Vmall, The official Huawei online store in China which reveals the design for the very first time. On top of that, the AnTuTu benchmarks have already shown the upcoming mid-rangers to have just about everything to outclass the Xmiomi 's Redmi Note 7.

Apart from the official renders, the AnTuTu benchmarks have also finally confirmed the Honor 9X to be equipped with the Kirin 810 processor. The information was revealed after the device underwent the benchmark tests conducted just yesterday, on Monday (15).

With this, we can also confirm that the device has Mali-G52 GPU and has 4/6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The image below shows an overall benchmark score of 219,809 for the upcoming device.

When Honor 9X is compared to Huawei Nova 5, we can see that the score of the new handset is slightly lower than the nova's score of 237,437 points. That's because despite having the same Kirin 810, the Huawei device has 8 GB of RAM, something that influences the overall score.

However, nothing stops Honor from further optimizing the Honor 9X to achieve better results. In addition, since this device can still just be a prototype, it is expected that the final variant may achieve a better score.

Just to refresh your memory, the Honor 9X will go official with a 6.59-inch screen, 3,900 mAh battery, and a pop-up selfie camera. The only difference between the standard and pro variant is that the Honor 9x Pro has an additional fourth Depth-sensing camera. The handsets are also said to be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
