Oppo A15 Launches in Pakistan With an Entry-level Price, Triple Camera, and Slim Design

Oppo just released the entry-level OPPO A15 in Pakistan. The announcements are up on Oppo’s social media, and the phone is now available in stores. The A15 is built with a focus on design; and not competitive specs. At 175g and 7.9mm, Oppo A15 has a lightweight, slim footprint, rounded off by a simple, clean build.

The Oppo A15 screen has a notch bleeding into it, the shell has a smooth matte finish available in black and blue, and the camera housing has a chrome accent. Plus, there’s a ring-shaped fingerprint scanner resting on the back.
We’re looking at a 6.52” LCD with a chunky chin that produces a below-average 88.7% screen-to-body ratio. The A15's display peaks at 720P resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and an average pixel density of 269 PPI. A modest 5MP selfie camera is encased inside the drop notch.

The rear camera system of the Oppo new model 2021 is made of three units: a 13MP primary sensor with a narrow f/2.2 lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. Oppo A15’s imaging software supports night, portrait, and time-lapse modes.

MediaTek Helio P35 — an entry-level chip from early 2018 — powers the A15 by Oppo. You get a similarly out-of-place 3GB+32GB memory and storage configuration. It’s expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card. The last-gen ColorOS 7.2, based on Android10, runs on it out of the box.
The A15 doesn’t have a fast charging feature like Oppo A52 but it packs a 4230 mAh cell that’s powered over 10W and a dated USB 2.0 interface. The phone starts from Rs. 20,999.
