Realme 13 5G Fits Well in the Series; Geekbench Teases Dimensity 6300 & 8GB RAM

Their Realme 13 Pro duo went official already. And so did the Realme 13 4G. The only one left to debut is the non-Pro Realme 13 5G. While it makes its way to the stage, we have found a Geekbench datasheet that spills the beans on its specifications. Scroll down to learn more.

A 5G-ready SoC holds down the fort inside Realme 13. Geekbench touts that the SoC is from MediaTek, titled Dimensity 6300. This listing doesn’t mention the CPU’s name directly, but the core architecture and clusters seem very familiar. The closest guess would be MTK D6300.

Realme 13 5G has a max clock frequency of 2.4GHz. For RAM, they’ve graciously provided 8 GB from what we assume is the base configuration. And Geekbench says that the blood and veins of the Realme 13 5G should be Android 14.

Geekbench 6.3 is one of the lenient benchmarkers. The hardware setup with D6300, 8 GB RAM, and Android 14 lets the Realme 5G new handset score 784 and 1760 points in the single and multiple-core tests. And yes, these are fitting for a mid-range smartphone option.

Here is the Realme 13 5G roster from the vantage point of previous certificates. Android 14 x Realme UI 5.0 upon launch. 6.72” could be the size of its LTPS panel. At FHD+ resolution, it may have very sharp visuals. For cameras, there’s likely a 16 MP selfie shooter. There are no details for the battery size, though we can confirm that 45W charging is underway.
