Samsung Galaxy A05 Coming to Pakistan Soon; Features 6.7-inch LCD and 50MP Camera

Samsung has just dropped another budget bomb in the Asian smartphone market, the Samsung Galaxy A05. Hot on the heels of its A05s sibling, this non-S variant promises a wallet-friendly price tag without compromising too much on features. With its lift-off in the Indian market, the Galaxy A05 launch in Pakistan seems closer than ever. Here’s a lowdown of its specs sheet.

The 6.7-inch HD+ screen is the first to catch your eye, delivering a decent resolution for web surfing, streaming, and social media stints. The unintrusive 8MP selfie camera nestled in the waterdrop notch ensures you capture those spontaneous face shots without a hassle.

The real spotlight stealer, however, is the 50MP primary rear camera, a surprising inclusion for a phone in this price bracket. While it may not rival flagship contenders, it provides a solid option for snapping decent shots on the go.

Underneath the hood, the MediaTek Helio G85 powers the Galaxy A05. Despite its aging 12nm manufacturing process, it keeps up with daily tasks and casual gaming. The 5,000 mAh battery promises all-day usage of the Samsung budget new model, complemented by 25W charging support.

Running on Android 13 with One UI Core, Samsung sweetens the deal with a commitment to four years of security updates and two generations of OS upgrades. It’s a future-proofing move that adds unrivaled value to this budget-friendly device.

The Galaxy A05 comes in Light Green, Silver, and Black colors, offering 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB variants under $150 (~PKR 42,500). As for our friends in Pakistan, the Samsung Galaxy A05 may soon grace our shores, providing a compelling option for those on a budget.
