As the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 approaches, Samsung is gearing up to unveil two new phones, the Galaxy A35 and the Samsung Galaxy A55. Recent leaks have already spilled the beans on their specifications, leaving little surprise about the official reveal.

The Galaxy A35 recently appeared on the Google Play Console, while the Galaxy A55's support page went live on Samsung Portugal's official website over the weekend, as reported by SamMobile. Although the support page didn't reveal any new information, we already understand what to expect from the Galaxy A55.

Samsung Galaxy A55 will likely mount the all-new Exynos 1480 processor and feature an Infinity-O display. The recent listing on Samsung Portugal's website indicates that the phone will be available in two storage variants — 128GB and 256 GB.

As for the display, the Samsung latest budget model hosts a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. A robust 5,000 mAh battery might power the device, ensuring prolonged usage between charges. Additionally, the Galaxy A55 potentially adds an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

On the software front, the phone will undoubtedly run on Android 14 right out of the box. While the pricing details are yet to be confirmed, if Samsung adheres to its pricing strategy, the Galaxy A55 could position itself at around $450 (~PKR 125,500).
