Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Live Hands-on Shots Show the Black Edition With a Punch-hole

Having been leaked in official renders by Samsung itself last week, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has now appeared in hands-on live images — showcasing the flagship’s design from multiple angles.

Courtesy of @jimmyispromo from Twitter, the photos reveal a design identical to the one seen last week (no surprises there) but this time the Note 20 Ultra is wearing a muted, equally elegant deep black shade.

More to the point, today’s leak gives us the first live preview of the much-rumored Note 20 ‘Infinity-O’ screen. In comparison to the S20 Ultra, the Note 20 Ultra camera has a more polished, symmetrical layout — albeit it’s just as oversized, if not more.

A closer look at the camera of this Ultra variant of the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series reveals three lenses: one primary, the other possibly an ultra-wide module, and one at the bottom suspected to be a periscope sensor. Flanking these three cameras is an LED flash and what reports suggest to be a laser autofocus unit. The shell has a glossy but boxy aesthetic to it, painted in pure black.

The display, on the other hand, is perhaps as cookie-cutter as it has ever been: a shrunken, centered hole punched into a screen, surrounded by narrow bezels all around. Though Samsung lopped off the 3.5mm jack once again, it did move the slot for the S-pen and the speaker grille to the left of the Type-C port. Speaking of which, the S-pen that goes with the black edition features an identical color, the same as the Bronze edition.
