Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Showcases an Unusual Design in Newly Spotted Renders

While every tech enthusiast awaits the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra in an identical-to-parent form factor, a set of freshly leaked and believable renders tell a different story. The design in new CAD mockups reveals a bizarre and unusual build never seen before in a Galaxy phone. Have a look

The images leaked by usually reliable tipster Qwaider showcase Galaxy S23 Ultra in a slab-like form factor with straight right-angled edges, palm-jabbing squared corners, and a flat-screen. The new design leaves the impression of a futuristic smartphone build. It could be the prospective blueprint Samsung might be working on to address the issue of outdated curvy chassis.

The exclusive S pen that the Ultra series features are often complained about due to the non-user-friendly experience on curved screens. The new design fixes that issue, preventing S Pen from slipping off the edges.

Additionally, the glares on the Ultra’s edges will vanish on S23 Ultra since it uses a flat screen. A boxy design seems appropriate for an Ultra tier Galaxy Flagship. Tipster Ice Universe doesn’t entirely agree with the Samsung new S model renders, saying that the new Ultra might slightly reduce the curvature on the edges but won’t completely revamp the build.

The latest renders aside, we have the confirmed internal stats on S23 Ultra. In the province of energy, the Ultra boasts a 4,855mAh battery, typically rated and advertised as 5000mAh; speculations suggest 45W power delivery onboard and include S Pen in the shell.

S23 Ultra will bear a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 sensor on the back and an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It will boast a QHD+ display in 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9mm dimensions weighing 233g.  alternatively, you can check out the Samsung Galaxy S22 price in Pakistan and specs here.
