Vivo V80 FE Global Launch Teased with Dimensity 7400, Triple 50MP Cameras & Big Battery

Usually, when they are done with the regular V phones, they get to the FE versions. Vivo V80 has had its global debut. It’s even coming to Pakistan in a week or two. The next device from this brand would be the Vivo V80 FE. We just found an official teaser for it in the Philippines.

The phone’s actually closer to launch than you think. Not only was the V80 FE teased on the Filipino site, but the whole spec sheet is available there. The details we are about to give you are all official. And of course, this would be a direct global launch.

There’s one less camera on the back, but the FE design is definitely a one-to-one replica of the original Vivo V80. The camera island has two lenses with a regular flash and an Aura light. The ZEISS logo is present there, so we know the camera company tinkered with it.

By the way, the Vivo latest V model is supposed to have better performance this time. There’s a faster chip. This seems ironic since the original V80 had the same chipset as the previous two models. Dimensity 7400 Ultra is coming to the V80 FE now, up from the Dimensity 7360.

There’s 8GB (LPDDR4X) RAM here. The storage is UFS 3.1 (256GB). That’s as good as it gets on the FE. The screen is still pretty much a flagship 6.59” AMOLED at 120H. This display has 3,000 nits (local) peak brightness and all-uniform bezels.

The front does have a punch hole to conceal a 50MP selfie camera. And there’s a fingerprint ID right at the bottom of the screen. They’ve put one more 50MP main camera on the back and yet another 50MP ultrawide lens right next to it. They all output 4K footage.

A 7000mAh battery with 90W fast charging is stuffed inside the V80 FE. These are virtually the same figures as the older V70 FE. There’s Android 17 Origin OS 7 on this phone now. Of course, it’s still IP69 waterproof and safe from fine dust. Again, the phone hasn’t launched yet. You’ll get the pricing details when it’s out there. Keep watching the news for more updates.
