Vivo V80 Lite 5G Arrives in Pakistan with Dimensity 7360, IP69 Rating & Curved AMOLED

Vivo V80 Lite 5G has come to Pakistan, and its specs are exactly what we’ve been expecting. The official product page gave the exact storage options. You can also see the pricing and all of V80 Lite 5G’s specs on their website. It’s a midrange phone by all metrics. This is everything you need to know.

Vivo V80 Lite is built around an AMOLED. The phone’s body is almost 8mm, but it won’t feel as thick because of its design. They’ve put a 3D curved 6.83” AMOLED on top, and the rear also has a beveled design, which cups into your hand when you grip the handset.

The screen is 120Hz at 1.5K resolution. There’s 3000nits peak brightness here, and the HBM level hits 2000 nits in adaptive mode. Of course, the bottom section is where they’ve put the screen fingerprint ID, and the upper section holds a selfie camera (32MP).

Vivo new V model price does not justify putting a single camera on the back. But sadly, it’s stuck with a garden-variety 50MP main lens next to a 2MP bokeh sensor. The selfie camera is somewhat acceptable, though, at 32MP f/2.0 with dual view mode.

Dimensity 7360 Turbo is the chipset they’ve used on the V80 Lite. This is old silicon but still potent enough to push three years of OS updates and 5 year of security patches on this newcomer. There’s a 2.5GHz boost clock and eight cores, which work together with 8GB RAM.

The storage is UFS 3.1, and you either target 128GB of it at the base, or upgrade it to 256GB by paying more. But there’s no 12GB RAM here with a 256GB trim like the older V70 Lite. By the way, this newcomer has launched in Android 17’s era, but it runs the older Android 16 Origin OS 6.

A 7050mAh battery is stuffed into the frame. It’s easily a one and a half day runner for light users. And you have a 44W fast charging backup as well. Vivo V80 Lite has two speakers and an IP69 rating, so it’s fully waterproof. Pakistani market got the 8/128GB trim at Rs. 124,999, and the upgrade to the 8/256GB option will cost Rs. 145,999. Pre-orders start August 25th. Early birds who order the phone until September 10th will be eligible for a 1-year extended warranty.
