Vivo Y22 (128GB) Price Change in Pakistan Immediately After Launch; Rs 5,000 Slashed

The Vivo Y22 (4GB + 128GB) recently made a grand entrance into the Pakistani market, but alas, it carried an unjust price tag of Rs 80,000. However, the tides have turned in your favor as Vivo swiftly recognized the need for a more suitable pricing strategy.

The company has now announced a generous discount, bringing Vivo Y22’s price down to Rs 74,999. That shaves off 5000 rupees from the original cost. The exciting new price change by the company will make the phone more enticing for potential buyers.

One cannot deny the striking impression left by Vivo Y22. With its sleek frame measuring a mere 8.38mm, the phone boasts stunningly beautiful aesthetics. From all appearances, the phone justifies its latest price. But let's see how it fairs in specs amid its price segment.

The latest budget Vivo mobile features a sizable black-accented glass on the back, housing two lenses. The primary 50MP camera lens shares the space with a modest 2MP auxiliary sensor. On the front, this latest offering from Vivo boasts a 6.55-inch 2.5D curved IPS display.

Although it may sport a modest 720p resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate, it still delivers an immersive visual experience. The screen-to-body ratio stands at approximately 82.4% percent, and Vivo's iconic V-notch gracefully blends into the top of the screen with an 8MP selfie shooter mounted inside.

Powering the Vivo Y22 is MediaTek's mid-range Helio G85, a sustainable CPU that impresses with its clock speeds of 2.0GHz. Additionally, it incorporates a Mali-G52 integrated graphics unit for a passable gaming experience.

With a standard 5000mAh battery nestled within its chassis, the Y22 sports 18W fast charging capabilities. On the right edge, a power-key embedded biometric feature adds an extra layer of security. Furthermore, the Y22 houses a Type-C 2.0 port and a 3.5mm jack at the bottom. The device is also IP54 certified.
