Vivo Y78 5G Spotted on NCC's Certification link with Real-Life Previews and Battery Specs

In the media biz, we've been hearing a lot about Vivo's upcoming mid-ranger dubbed Y78 Plus 5G. With certifications from both TENAA and 3C and a performance test on Geekbench, it's clear that the device will debut soon. However, the latest development in this exciting saga is the emergence of Vivo Y78 5G on NCC.

The newcomer Y78 5G might go official alongside Y78 Plus 5G. Although designated with different ranks, the Plus and non-Plus variants mimic each other in design boasting two immense camera rings mounted with a triple sensor system.

They also share similarities, like the curved display and a punch-hole camera head. NCC's certification listing gave away the phone's design via live shots and spilled details about its charger. Vivo vanilla Y78 will come packed with a 44W power adapter and a USB Type-A to Type-C wire.

The battery under the hood of Y78 will be standard 5000mAh. NCC regulates smartphones and comms in Taiwan, the neighboring island nation off the coast of China. It's safe to assume that the company will launch this Vivo 5G latest model outside of its central hub.

Other than the stats above, nothing else has surfaced related to the specs of Vivo Y78 5G. NCC's certification is one of the earlier sightings of the device, unlike Y78 Plus, who's been making headlines on the web for the past few months.

So far, we've discovered that Y78 Plus 5G draws power from a Snapdragon 695 engine and runs its Android 13 operating system using 12GB memory. Its screen will peak at 1080p Full HD+ resolution. While the launch date of these two devices remains uncertain, we will keep a close eye on any developments and provide you with timely updates.
