Xiaomi Poco F6 to be Pakistan's 1st Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 Smartphone

We've talked plenty about the Poco F6 series on our website. So you may already know it's coming to Pakistan, no doubt. Poco has F6 and F6 Pro ready to launch on May 23. They are going global with those, so our country is also on the deployment list. Both are flagship Snapdragon models.

Global teasers say that Poco F6 has Snapdragon 8s Gen 3; that much is common knowledge. But did you know that the F6 is going to be the first device in Pakistan to have that Snapdragon 8s Gen 3? It's a big deal for us fans. We only get to admire such tech from afar. But Poco F6 will put us face to face with SD 8s Gen 3.

8s Gen 3 is a complete reflection of its big brother, 'Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.' 4nm fabrication made both these chips. They have identical modems inside, handling network speeds. Do a quick Google search, and there you'll notice that a Kryo X4 is the alpha core running both engines.

That architecture gets you to about 1.5 million Antutu score. Not only scores but the 8s Gen 3 handles RAM and display almost on par with the 8 Gen 3. We still remember Qualcomm's big move with that 8 Gen 3 was on board AI processing.

Cut the max clock speed to 3.0GHz, and Snapdragon 8s Ge 3 is almost every bit an 8 Gen 3 you can imagine. Poco F6 has many other great things, like the 1.5k AMOLED or a 90W fast-charging 5000mAh battery. It is a true flagship in many ways.
