Xiaomi Redmi 12 (8/128GB) Retail Price Updated in Pakistan; Hefty Discount of Rs 2,000

Xiaomi has announced another price cut for the Redmi 12 (8GB + 128GB) variant in Pakistan. The retail price has been slashed from Rs 37,000 to Rs 34,999, offering customers a discount of up to Rs 2,000. The newly introduced discount makes the device’s features even more appealing.

The Redmi 12 features a 6.79-inch Full HD+ LCD panel with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate, plenty for an immersive viewing experience. At the top center, there's a discreet punch-hole cutout housing an 8MP front camera for high-quality selfies and video calls.

On the rear, the Redmi 12 boasts a powerful camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro lens. The unique design and the chassis-extruded camera setup add to the phone’s aesthetic appeal. The flat build takes inspiration from the Apple iPhone Pro lineup.

Powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, the Redmi 12 ensures smooth performance and swift navigation through the user interface. With 8GB of RAM and expandable storage of up to 128GB via a microSD slot, users have ample space for their apps and media on the Xiaomi budget latest mobile.

Running on MIUI 14 based on Android 13, the Redmi 12 offers a customized software UI tailored to user preferences. The device secures a standard 5,000mAh battery under the shell, supporting 18W fast charging for quick top-ups.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a headphone jack, and an IP53 rating for resistance against minor spills and splashes. In Pakistan, the Redmi 12 is available in Midnight Black, Sky Blue, and Polar Silver colors. With the applied cut, Xiaomi aims to make the Redmi 12 even more accessible to consumers in Pakistan.
