Honor X6d is actually just a rehashed Play 60A 5G from China. They are twins with one salient difference. And that’s the main 50MP camera. The original model only had a 13MP unit in its place. The Honor X6d still puts a 5MP selfie camera in a notch, on a 6.75” TFT LCD. Its resolution is 720p HD+ with a 90Hz refresh rate. This newcomer is built around a 5,260 mAh power pack. That is easily a full day capacity (under normal use). And the charging speed is 15W, the same as the original Play 60A. It is a dual-SIM 5G handset, by the way, with Dimensity 6300 SoC. It has 8 cores and a 2.4GHz clock speed with an integrated Mali G57 MP2. You can expect decent performance, but sometimes it will be bottlenecked by 4GB RAM. Honor X6d’s storage goes up to 256GB. The newcomer grabs Magic OS 9, which we know is based on Android 15. It doesn’t seem to have an SD card slot for storage expansion. The Honor X6d brings WiFi (dual-band 5 GHz), as well as a single speaker for audio and a 3.5mm Audio jack. The Bluetooth module is version 5.3. There’s no NFC or Infrared remote here. The phone is meant to level the playing field with the Samsung Galaxy A07, but you get an obvious advantage with X6d’s 256GB storage, faster chipset, and 5G support.
