Realme C30s Visits Geekbench; Key Specs Include a UNISOC Chipset and 4GB RAM

Three months ago, Realme unwrapped C30, a low-cost, uni-camera Realme C35 sibling with decent enough specs for the price. Now, the Chinese manufacturer seems to have a rehashed version of the same handset in its pipeline. The new device, AKA "Realme C30s," got listed on the Geekbech database revealing some crucial facts about its hardware.

Geekbench ranks smartphones based on their processing power, RAM, and operating system. Realme C30s scores 126 points single-core and 463 points Multi-core. On paper, C30s lack performance compared to the former C30, which scores 302 points on Single and 776 points on Multiple cores.

The listing outlines a UNISOC SC9863A SoC, an octa-core chipset with a max clock speed of 1.6GHz. It uses an outdated PowerVR Rogue GE8322 GPU to handle the graphics performance.

The new C Realme mobile will run Android 12 by default and utilize 4GB RAM, possibly with virtual memory expansion. C30s is assigned the model number RMX3690 in the document. The official product page of the phone already reveals a partial list of features. Let's take a look.

Realme packs a 5000mAh battery inside the C30s. For privacy & security, C30s will use a fingerprint scanner embedded inside the power key. Over the front, it will feature a 6.5-inch drop-notch screen with 16.7 million colors and an 88.7% screen-to-body ratio. It's a typical screen with an HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate.

Featuring an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, the C30s will support a dual SIM plus SDcard tray. It will have a 5MP camera on the front for selfies. The cheapest variant will probably ship with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage space.
