Vivo Y600

All signs point to the Vivo Y600 being a rebranded Vivo V80 Lite 5G, the Malaysian version with a 10,000mAh battery. We found the Y600 in the Google Play Console database recently, and it had the same model number as the original Vivo V80 Lite and Vivo S2 FE. The listing had more than a few details about the phone. Vivo Y600 has a 1.5K resolution (1260x2800px). The RAM is capped at 6GB. But that’s probably the base tier. There might be more versions, of course. And the GPC page says it has Android 16 onboard. Sadly, this would mean its UI is the outdated OriginOS 7. Anyway, the handset is supposed to use the MediaTek MT6858 chip. That SoC is actually a Dimensity 7300e chipset, exactly what we had on the V80 Lite/S2 FE. Again, if those specs match, we’d be seeing more similarities in their spec sheets. So the Vivo Y600 is expected to have a 6.83” AMOLED. And its refresh rate would be120Hz. This is a 1.5K panel (from GPC), and the AMOLED’s peak brightness will be 2000 nits. Vivo Y600’s selfie camera is 32MP. They’ve also put a 50MP main camera on the back. There’s a chance they’ll put a 10,000mAh cell on the newcomer with 44W charging for backup. It’s punching in the same class as the Samsung Galaxy A57, but the Y600 obviously has an advantage in the battery department.
