Little is known about the Galaxy S27 Pro, but we’ve come up with a preliminary spec sheet that might change over time as we find more accurate details. The phone obviously has the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 chip and at least 12GB RAM. They say it shares the DNA with the Galaxy S27 Ultra, but with a smaller battery and screen. Galaxy S27 Pro apparently has a 6.47” AMOLED, so it’s actually tinier than the S27 Plus, but still bigger than the vanilla S27. We’ve also heard reports that the main camera on this newcomer is a 200MP outsole. That’s the same as the Galaxy S27 Ultra, and it explains why experts are calling it the Mini version of the S27 Ultra. They even share the Ultrawide and selfie cameras, but the telephoto situation is a bit different on the Pro. Particulars are still hidden behind covers. There’s also no S Pen on the S27 Pro. Android 17 will be out by the time they launch this handset next year, so we are expecting One UI 9 here. Of course, it has the Ultrasonic fingerprint ID as well. They’ll keep the WiFi 7 going. And there’s Dex support. A 5500mAh battery is also a possibility here. This is an all-new category in the S series, so it’s uncharted territory for Samsung itself and other global brands that need to make a competing device.
