Itel City 200 gets a premium design and a punch hole screen this time. The camera deco is made of metal with two lenses. But the newcomer is stuck with last year’s Unisoc T7250 chip. That’s just a 1.8GHz processor and has very weak performance. Itel City 200 does carry a lightweight Android 15 Go to compensate for the low-end chip. The integrated Mali-G57 GPU will handle some light gaming. There are 4GB and 6GB RAM options. The City 200 pairs them with 128GB and 256GB storage. The newcomer is tested for a 1.5m drop safety rating and an IP65 waterproof rating. The screen on this handset is a 6.78” IPS LCD with just a 720p resolution. City 200’s refresh rate is 120Hz. The Brightness hits 700 nits. No changes are made to the battery and charging over generation. This City 200 version has that very same 5200mAh cell and 18W charging. At least they decided to upgrade the camera: a 50MP main shooter and 8MP selfie with dual video mode. The fingerprint reader is on the side, which is convenient. There’s dual-band WiFi and a single speaker. Itel City 200 keeps the 3.5mm Audio Jack and the SD card support. This newcomer is encroaching on Samsung Galaxy A07’s turf with a better screen, but Itel still has a long way to go before it truly becomes a threat.
