Motorola Edge 70 Neo

Motorola Edge 70 Neo is a midrange phone, by all accounts. It has a big curved AMOLED screen, and the camera stack isn’t too shabby. There’s a big battery on it as well. This screen seems to curve on all four sides at a 6.78” diagonal. There’s possibly a 144Hz refresh rate on it. This Edge 70 Neo has thin bezels all the way around. The tiny punch hole is where they’ve put a 32MP selfie unit. This would probably recharge on a 45W wired input. It’s a big 7000mAh battery, so the refills are going to take some time. This doesn’t have Android 17, though. Yes, it’s reported to have at least four years of OS updates, but it starts at Android 16, so it would leave you a generation behind by default. IP64 rating would keep it safe from splashes, not full water immersion. Edge 70 Neo’s main camera would be a 50MP Sony LYTIA 710. A 2MP depth mapper is right next to it. It’s not the fastest, but a 2.5GHz CPU with an Adreno 810 GPU puts it in the midrange at least. That’s the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC, by the way. We found the CPU deets on Geekbench, tested only with 6GB of RAM. This phone is encroaching on Samsung Galaxy A37’s territory, specs-wise. But the expected price puts it close to the Galaxy A57, which demolishes the Edge 70 Neo in spec-by-spec competition.
