Oppo A6x grabs a third option in Pakistan with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It’s a sweet spot between the 8GB and 4GB versions. The specs are consistent across the board. Oppo A6x has a large battery. There’s only a 6.75” IPS LCD here. It’s capped at HD+ 720p resolution. The panel tops out at 120Hz with 1,125 nits HBM brightness. Readability won’t be an issue, no matter the lighting conditions. Oppo secured an IP64 rating for this handset. Oppo A6x still shows decent performance with its Snapdragon 685 chip, but it’s an aging platform. The newcomer isn’t meant for future-proofing. Oppo outfitted the A6x with a 6500mAh battery. The device could probably last 1.5 days on a charge with mixed usage. It also has a 5W reverse-wired output. It can definitely support OTG accessories. Oppo A6x also has a 3.5mm Audio Jack and an SD card slot. So you can expand storage beyond the built-in 128GB. Its 6GB RAM should handle a few apps in the background. The camera setup is serviceable. Only a single 13MP sensor is found on the back. The A6x snaps 5MP selfies. The newcomer does have a punch-hole cutout, so it looks relatively modern. The WiFi is Dual Band, a single speaker outputs audio, and a side fingerprint reader provides privacy. Oppo A6x is a good value on its own, but competitors like Samsung Galaxy A07 have some serious advantage in the software department. Oppo device starts at Android 15 with no long-term OS support.
