Oppo Reno 17 Pro - Set to Redefine the Reno Smartphone Experience!

Reno 17 series has two main phones. One of them is the Oppo Reno 17 Pro. Its preliminary specs are already starting to appear on the interwebs, by the way. But it shows no sign of any major upgrades. Oppo Reno 17 Pro is a compact version. There are two variants, as always. One for China, and the other for the rest of the world. And they aren’t always the same. The Reno 17 Pro will probably get a 6.32†AMOLED at 1.5K resolution. The refresh rate would be 120Hz. The front camera will be 50MP. There are barely any upgrades to speak of. The chipset could be demoted to a lower class. Reno 17 Pro is said to carry the Dimensity 8550 Super SoC. That’s the same chip they put inside the global Reno 16 Pro. The camera setup is barely changed. A 200MP main unit with OIS and PDAF is found on the back yet again. The other two cameras: 50MP (ultrawide) + 50MP (periscope telephoto). They might do something different with the camera software. We hear Live Photos and video editing have new features this time. The battery size might grow by a few hundred milliamps. But it would still fall in the 7000mAh range. Android 17 will be introduced with the whole series. A phone like this will surely end up in the same territory as the Samsung Galaxy A57 and S25 FE.
