ZTE Nubia A76

ZTE Nubia A76 4G has a version that came in February 2026. But it had a retro design and ancient hardware. They rehashed the phone now with the same name, which does create confusion, but we’d advise forgetting the older version. The new phone came with a modern look, and there’s much to love if you are a Samsung or Apple fan. The screen is a little boring because the Nubia A76 4G has a notch, and it’s only an HD+ panel. It has gotten a little bigger now at 6.75 inches, and the refresh rate is also faster at 90Hz. The notch is here to hide an 8MP (selfie) camera. And the main camera behind the phone is actually a 50MP unit. The screen brightness will only go up to 500nits, so reading under the sun would be a chore. This is a 4G phone, period, since the chipset installed is a Unisoc 1.8GHz platform. The battery is average, just a 5000mAh cell. But the charging is 22.5W, so the tank gets refilled quickly. You don’t get the new OS either. The phone is two generations behind still, with Android 15. And there’s only 4GB of RAM here. The base storage option is 64GB, but you do get an upgrade path to 128GB by paying more. There’s a fingerprint reader on the side, and the Nubia A76 does have an IP54 rating, so it’s at least safe from rain and liquid spills. Samsung Galaxy A07 is a far better choice if you don’t have a budget constraint, though the Nubia A76 4G is a reasonable, albeit cheap, alternative.
